Mateusz Masiczak
Marketing Team Lead at Synergy Codes
ex-UBS, ex-Boeing · Wrocław, Poland
I run marketing for a deep-tech studio that builds diagramming SDKs and workflow platforms for engineering teams at Siemens, BMW, and Canon.
The function is AI-native: four people and more than thirty AI agents. The agents handle execution: research, analysis, reporting, production. The people handle the judgment.
Results
I built the MarketingOS my team runs on. Today it holds over 100 skills, 30 agents, and about 40 scripts. Its whole job is context. Every piece of work starts with the audience, the voice, and the data on what already worked. Most of the martech got replaced and the work happens in one tool now. Dedicated skills and agents handle AI search, making pages quotable by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.
- Up to 3x better click-through on campaigns built this way
- About 20% less budget for the same result
- A campaign build that took an afternoon takes 20 minutes
- A monthly report that took a day now assembles itself
Synergy Codes, 2023–present.

- I still comment "claude" under those "I'll send you 27 free AI skills" posts July 2, 2026 · The packs are generic. The work is knowing which one of them fits your team.
